My professional journey began in graphic and web design, working for over seven years on branding, website, and eCommerce projects with small and medium-sized businesses. This experience allowed me to develop a very practical perspective on business, processes, and the relationship between people and the solutions we design.

Over time, my interest shifted more and more towards what happens behind the results: how processes are structured, how people make decisions, and how to design clearer, more coherent, and more meaningful experiences.

Today, I integrate this experience with my training in Coaching and my Master's degree in Strategic Design and Business Innovation, focusing particularly on service design, research, and strategic thinking. I am interested in continuing to explore how design can help understand complex problems and transform them into solutions that generate value for people and organizations.
