Project type: Brand Strategy | Branding
Sector: Veterinary Clinical Laboratory
Year: 2025
Vetertest
The challenge
The main challenge was to organize an offering that had evolved along with the business but still lacked a clear structure to communicate it. Vetertest worked with two very different audiences: veterinary professionals, its traditional client, and pet owners, a new segment it was beginning to target. Corporate identity thus became a tool to organize information, clarify the value proposition, and establish a common foundation from which to build its communication.

The process
The process began with working sessions and collaborative workshops to understand the business from different perspectives. We explored its user profiles, service structure, and the context of the veterinary sector in Chile, identifying how Vetertest was positioned and what elements could set it apart.
From this exploration, we worked on defining its brand personality and the concepts that should guide its communication. Once the information was organized and the offering clarified, we were able to translate these definitions into a new visual identity, building a system capable of representing and positioning the company.

The result
The project resulted in a strategic foundation that allowed Vetertest to organize and document its business proposal, along with a new corporate identity built from the definitions developed during the process.
The outcome included the design of the logo and its variants, typographic definition, an iconography system, and a brandboard bringing together the brand's main visual guidelines. This identity was also applied to everyday materials, such as the forms and receipt pads used to manage veterinary samples and tests.
